We missed the smoky aroma of authentic Jollof rice, the golden crunch of perfectly fried plantain, and the joy of gathering around a table overflowing with bold, unforgettable flavors.
So, we started cooking.
What began as intimate meals for friends and family quickly grew into something bigger. From birthday trays to wedding feasts, word spread across the Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge (KWC) region that if you wanted real Naija flavor, unapologetic, spicy, and soulful, you came to Mimiz.
